The innovative pulse extraction process (P.E.P. ©) from Jura optimizes the extraction time and guarantees an incredibly enjoyable aroma even with small specialties such as espresso. The key to complete coffee lies in its preparation. Jura has perfected the brewing process for espresso from scratch. That is why the E8 specialties in coffee bar quality are achieved. The pulse extraction process developed by Jura (P.E.P. ©) optimizes the extraction time by pressing the hot water at fast intervals, through the coffee powder during the short espresso. By this process, all aromas come to life. Eight different intensity levels ensure a high degree of enjoyment.
